Carla has extensive experience helping companies invest the necessary time, attention, and resources for organizational alignment, execution, and renewal. She regularly shares fact-based insights and case studies with C-suite executives and government leaders on how companies could use the right combination of leadership, values, and approach to drive sustainable growth. Carla holds an MBA from Columbia University and Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
Charlotte Relyea - Partner and Global Leader of McKinsey Academy
Prior to leading McKinsey Academy, Charlotte was a co-leader of McKinsey’s Client Capability Building initiative; and a leader in McKinsey’s Tech, Media, Telecom and Marketing & Sales practices. Prior to joining McKinsey, Charlotte spent time at an internet strategy consulting firm, an internet service provider and an investment bank. Charlotte holds a B.A. in English from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker, Siebel and Henry Ford II Scholar.
Haimeng Zhang - Managing Partner of McKinsey Shanghai, Greater China Office Organization Practice Leader, Public Sector Practice Leader, and Sustainability and Resource Productivity Practice Leader.
Halmeng is a thought leader and a regular contributor to McKinsey Quarterly and China Quarterly, and regularly quoted as an opinion leader in the media. Haimeng receives his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Shanghai Jiao-Tong University. He is also Council member of China Low Carbon Economy Promotion Association
